Job Description:


The Project Coordinator / Junior PM will be an integral member of the project team responsible for supporting on larger complex deliveries and also given the opportunity to grow by being empowered to deliver some of the smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Help and support in planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools with the associated PM or with support if delivering directly.

•Provide Support and assistance throughout the IT project’s lifecycle.

•Managing small to medium sized projects aligned to your skill set or to stretch and enhance it.

•Support the Project team members with the creation of project documentation.

•Ensure information is up to date and accurate inline with the project requirements.

•Facilitate and organise team and project meetings, providing associated administrative support such as compiling agendas and other supporting documentation, taking and distributing actions.

•Assist in the organisation of project workshops including training, lessons learned and requirements gathering.

•Ensure all project reporting is completed & issued on time & to all agreed standards.

•Develop and deliver progress reports, change requests and presentations to ensure smooth project progression.

•Prepare project communications.

•Keep your colleagues and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
