Change and Project Manager Job Description:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- You will work in the area of Procurement, partnering with a Project Business Lead and Stakeholders to establish/build upon the project plan and deliverables and manage the project through the VMS deployment in multiple sites across Europe

- Interacting with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members

- Ensuring all project requirements and/or objectives are documented

- Organizational Change Management and Communications planning and execution

- Collaboration with other projects in the portfolio

Must Haves:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and project management (both important)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation projects (ideally Fieldglass)

- Experience with using change management methodologies (Prosci highly desired)

- Very good understanding of IT and IT language

- Very strong coordination and communication skills

- Business-minded and proactive way of working

- Fluent English

- Okay with travelling to Spain and within Switzerland

Nice to Haves:

+++ Prosci certification

+++ Fieldglass experience is highly desired
