Agile Business Analyst (Process Analyst) Job Description:

One of our Central London based clients (outside of Financial services) are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst (Process Analyst) to join their team on a contract basis.

You will be working alongside the Senior Technology Leadership team in order to aid the move towards more agile ways of working. You will need to be very well versed in process modelling, so experience working as a process analyst previously will be hugely beneficial.

You will be expected to be capable of clearly documenting business processes in a way that can be used as a point of reference, describing the existing Technology processes.

As well as having excellent stakeholder management ability you will need to be competent with Gap Analysis and identifying where 'we are right now' to 'where we want to be'.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

  • In-depth knowledge of Process Analysis and Process Modelling

  • Experience working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Strong stakeholder management ability

  • Experience working within IT Departments
